Villa Bianca

This extensive urban regeneration project returns an abandoned and degraded space to the city, creating an environment that strongly intertwines the built environment with nature. The shape and orientation of the four volumes provide quality views for almost all housing units. The four buildings rise to seven stories each. Three buildings, with a square footprint, will host high-end residences, while the fourth, with a rectangular footprint, will host affordable housing. On the ground floor, the buildings are connected by a podium that will house commercial activities. There is also a two-level underground parking garage that extends throughout the entire residential complex. The entire area is immersed in a large equipped park, allowing residents to live in an oasis of tranquility, even while being in the largest metropolis in Italy. This ambitious project makes sustainability an essential goal, aiming for LEED Gold certification.
