Preliminary, definitive and executive structural and geotechnical design
In the center of Saronno stands this residential tower of over ten floors, which replaces a disused former factory. Surrounded by a large garden, it features green terraces on the spacious balconies, which contribute, along with the design choices and materials used, to create a sustainable design model that is attentive to the community that inhabits it. On the ground floor, in addition to the elegant reception, there is also a Delivery Dropbox, a bike lab, and a multipurpose room with large windows overlooking the surrounding green space, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere while being in the heart of the city.
