Second place finalist project in the international design competition
The project of the new Milan Stadium, also known as "The Rings of Milan", due to its iconic conformation, symbolizes the union of two of the most important teams, and their respective fans, on the international football scene: A.C. Milan and F.C. Internazionale Milano. A facility projected towards the future, which combines the highest design standards for this type of structure, with the offer of a plurality of functions and complementary buildings, and a real urban regeneration for the entire San Siro district. An area destined to become a new attractive center of the city of Milan. A large masterplan that generates a new green lung within the Milanese urban area, livable 365 days a year, and which promises to increase the standard of livability of the entire neighborhood, and beyond.
