Architectural, structural and geotechnical construction design
The project for the new headquarters of the Academy of the Guardia di Finanza included the conservative restoration of eight pavilions and the historic building, as well as the creation of new spaces for the activities of the Academy's students. The structural parts have been either rebuilt or reinforced with various intervention techniques. Other interventions then involved most of the floor finishes, painting, the recovery of iron works and the replacement of internal and external fixtures. In addition to the redevelopment of the facades and waterproofing works, the works also allowed the recovery of some existing elevator systems and the insertion of new ones. Buildings dedicated to the swimming pool and gym, auditorium, underground parking and sports field with grandstand, shooting range and various urbanization works were then built from scratch.
