Definitive and executive architectural, structural and geotechnical design
The project will involve the development of a residential complex that will be built on an abandoned industrial area, which was once the Borletti factory, located in the hinterland of Milan. The plan is to construct six buildings with four floors above ground, as well as a common basement, situated in a court, in accordance with the traditional Lombard architecture, with private and common green areas. Not simply a real estate project, this is a social experience that is built around the idea of community and sharing services and common areas. Every service, from home automation to community apps, is developed to guarantee high levels of safety, comfort, and energy efficiency.
